Bedroom and office paint

This room was being used as an office/play room but now with a fresh coat of paint it was converted into a bedroom.





The wallpaper was removed then the walls were cleaned, primed and painted.

Front entrance paint

Here the front entrance (ceiling, walls, trim and balusters) was painted with Benjamin Moore Tree Moss.

New Counter Top

The old painted laminate was removed and new light beige Wilsonart laminate was installed. To open the up the room and give more inviting feeling to the customers the top section of the counter was removed and a new smaller wall to house an outlet and phone jacks was installed.

Crown molding and paint

Here crown molding was installed around the room and the walls were painted a light green to match the existing furniture.

Backyard mulch

Here is a picture of the backyard of a home where the weeds have grown and taken over. All the weeds were removed and mulch was put down.

New kitchen and hallway flooring

This is the original flooring from the 1970's in this home. Part of the remodel for this home was to install laminate flooring in the kitchen and the hallway leading up to the kitchen.

Bathroom remodel

In this bathroom you can see in the before picture that there was wallpaper up on all the walls which was coming off the walls at the seems. Being a rental unit it was very important to keep costs down at the same time as making the bathroom cleaner and look larger. The wallpaper was taken down and the walls were painted a similar but lighter color than the bathtub. The medicine cabinet, wall light, sink/vanity and ceiling tiles were also changed.

TV, Speakers and DVD player

Here was a project done a while back where the owner wanted the TV built into the wall. In addition a shelf was built above the TV to house DVDs and remotes as well as a shelf under the TV for the DVD player.
